Upskiv is operated by Anblick Media Pvt Ltd. This notice explains the information used by the enquiry forms and learning platform.

Information you provide

Forms collect your name, email, phone number, selected topic and message. Faculty applications also collect professional experience and a profile or portfolio link. When you sign in, we verify your email with a one-time code and create an Upskiv account identifier. You can add your name and learning or teaching profile in your workspace.

How we use information

We use submissions to answer enquiries and review admission or faculty requests. Workspaces store your profile, enrolment requests, learning progress, assessments, project links, attendance and issued certificates. For payments and refunds, the platform stores order and transaction references, amount, currency and status. Razorpay processes payment method details; the platform does not store card credentials. Request details are saved and queued for notification to our authorised team inbox through the connected email sending service. Applicants do not receive an automatic confirmation email.

Who can access records

Your workspace requires sign-in. Learners can access their own records. Approved faculty can access learners and materials assigned to their cohorts. The authorised platform administrator can review applications and manage courses, admissions and certificates. Hosting and storage services process the information needed to run the platform.

Storage and account sessions

Records are stored in the platform database. Sign-in uses account session cookies; signing out ends your browser session. Information is used for the purpose of your enquiry or learning record. Credential records may be needed after course completion.

Corrections and removal requests

You can update your profile in your workspace. To request access, correction or removal of other information, email info@anblickmedia.com or use the contact form. Include your application reference or registered email. We may need to verify that the request relates to your record and explain any records that must be retained.

Share only what is needed

Do not submit passwords, payment credentials or sensitive personal documents. Check sharing permissions on portfolio and project links. External tool websites have their own privacy practices.

Regional pricing and email sign-in

We use your network IP address to look up your country through country.is and show INR in India or USD internationally. Country results are approximate, may reflect a VPN, and are cached in your session. We send one-time sign-in codes through Resend to verify your email. Codes expire after 10 minutes; do not share them. If the country lookup is unavailable, your browser timezone helps choose the displayed currency.
