Before the batch starts
Cancel before the first scheduled live class begins and receive a full refund of the course tuition paid. There is no cancellation deduction.
Seven-day refund window
Request cancellation within seven calendar days of the first scheduled live class and receive a full refund of the course tuition paid. The window ends exactly seven days after that class begins, using the confirmed IST schedule. It is based on the scheduled start, even if you do not attend.
Withdrawal after the first seven days
For a later withdrawal, refund the portion of tuition attributable to scheduled live sessions not yet delivered when your cancellation request is received. Refund = tuition paid × undelivered live sessions ÷ total scheduled live sessions. Sessions already delivered count as delivered even if you missed them. No separate cancellation charge is deducted.
Cancellation or a changed start date by Upskiv
If Upskiv cancels your batch, receive a full refund. If Upskiv changes the batch start date and you do not accept the new date, you may cancel for a full refund. A transfer to another batch requires your agreement; it is not a compulsory substitute for a refund.
Refund requests and processing
Email info@anblickmedia.com with your registered email, course, batch and payment reference, or use the contact form. Requests are assessed using their received time. Approved refunds will be initiated to the original payment method within seven working days of approval. Banking and payment-provider processing may take additional time. Refunds use the original transaction currency and amount; issuer exchange-rate differences are outside Upskiv’s control.
Scope and learner rights
This policy covers course tuition actually paid, including applicable taxes. Third-party examinations and software subscriptions purchased directly from their providers follow those providers’ terms. Claims involving non-delivery, deficient service, misrepresentation or applicable statutory consumer rights are not restricted by the standard seven-day window or proportional-refund calculation.
Current admission status
Check the course page for current availability and confirmed batch schedules. Online payments are made through Razorpay against a confirmed fee offer in your workspace. Test transactions do not represent tuition paid. Do not pay until your instructor, schedule, enrolment terms and official payment method are confirmed in writing.
